NeoAI stores all prompts, queries, and contextual data sent to our servers for 30 days before automatic deletion. We do not use stored data for model training. We only review stored data when a user submits feedback to verify what went wrong and right, and we store the findings - not the message itself. This data is used solely for service improvement and feedback collection during our beta phase for premium users. Free tier users (if implemented) and OpenRouter model users may have their data used for model training. Premium users can enable zero retention mode, which disables cheaper tiers and OpenRouter but ensures no data is stored.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you technical notices and support messages, and communicate with you about products, services, and promotional offers.
NeoAI integrates with third-party services to provide our functionality. This includes AI model providers, payment processors, analytics services, and hosting providers. Please note that cheaper model options may have different data retention and privacy practices than premium models. Our zero retention mode disables these cheaper inference providers to ensure maximum privacy protection.
